MyIPTV also supports capacity testing which is ideal for pre-qualifying business IPTV deployments because it allows high capacity testing of a specific connection. Non-standard protocols are also supported through the ability to define any custom payload for stress testing a connection. Because of the difference in bi-directional speeds for DSL and Cable connections, MyIPTV is able to specifically measure upstream and downstream jitter and packet loss independently if this is supported by the hosting platform.
